Cancellation Policy

There is ONE courtesy reschedule that must be within 60 days of the original appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS ! If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit & will be charged 25% of your services. If you dispute the charges, I will seek legal action. Please note that I will charge the card on file. If you do a No Call=No Show, you will be permanently banned from booking with Rayy.
