New Policies

Effective January 2024

Please read the following before booking your appointment... I may not be the Braider for you...

- I am currently a in-home braider. If you are not comfortable with getting your hair braided at my home, I am not the braider for you... I'm sorry :(

​

- I ask that you read the service descriptions before booking. Here are the basic service requirements:

​

-Your hair must be 4 inches all around (neck & edges included).

If you book & your hair is shorter than the required, there will be a $15 fee added. Please message me if hair is shorter than required.

- Your hair must be freshly washed & blown out. Please do not press roots with heated tools. Please no oils added. I will grease your scalp once I am done styling.

 Hair is included in all services

-Boho & Mermaid styles: 100% Human Bulk hair is included

​

Please make sure you are booking the correct service when booking. Always check "Braid specialz" first, your style may be the Special of the month. You cannot change your hair style 24 hours after your scheduled appointment. Please make adjustment 48 hours prior to appointment time.

There is NO REFUND ON DEPOSITS !!! You are allowed (1) Courtesy reschedule and if you cancel your courtesy reschedule, you will be required to pay deposit again. 

​

- Age Requirement: 15 years old & up 

-Parents, please book appointment with your phone number & email only

- I do not service Kids for braid services. I only offer service to Kids who have locs. Locs Age requirement: 7 years old+

- No extra guest is allowed. Please do not bring anyone with you, children included

​

Hair Issue Policy

After your service, I will tell you how to care for your braid & twist styles. I will make suggestions on how to protect your style at night, what products to use, how to maintain the style, and when you should take down the style or recommend a touch up service. During this time, you should be double checking your hair to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome BEFORE you leave the chair; not once you get home. If anything happens with your hair after you approve of your hair, please refer to the following:

1. There is a 7-13 day courtesy (Free of charge) from your appointment date to get braids or twist replace if there is any damage to your style 

(Min: 3-5 braids)

- braid/twist slippage or unravel

2. After 14 days from your appointment date, there is a $3 fee for every braid/twist that needs to be replaced. ($5 per braid for styles with bulk hair)

3. Most braid & twist styles are recommended to touch-up at 3-4 weeks.

4. There is no booking fee for replacements. Please message me via text about scheduling replacements.

Cancellation Policy

I will confirm your appointment and hair color request the night before your appointment. You must confirm your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled.

- If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours, you will get a courtesy rebook. You will message me via text to rebook with me instead of booking online. If you book online, you will be required to pay booking fee again.

-If you cancel/no response to confirmation text, you will be charged 25% of your services. You will not be allowed to book again until fee is paid.

-Please make sure you are providing the correct phone number and email when you are booking. I will cancel an appointment if there is no response to confirmation text.
